Chloe Renée DeOnna, Esq. is the founder of RedFox Legal, established in 2024. Licensed in Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina, Ms. DeOnna focuses her practice on contracts, business transactions, and wills, trusts, and estates.
Before founding RedFox Legal, Ms. DeOnna practiced at several nationally recognized law firms, representing clients in complex, high-profile matters involving pharmaceutical products liability, medical malpractice, sex-trafficking, consumer protection, and data breach class action cases.
This breadth of litigation experience gives Ms. DeOnna a practical understanding of how thoughtful planning, well-drafted agreements, and sound business practices can help clients identify and address legal risks before they become costly disputes.
Ms. DeOnna has a particular interest in working with small businesses and entrepreneurs, a connection that is deeply personal. She grew up alongside the small business her father founded and, in 2024, inherited the business herself. Having experienced the realities of business ownership firsthand, she understands the challenges entrepreneurs face and the importance of having practical, trusted legal guidance. At the same time, her litigation background and experience with complex matters allows her to assist clients with sophisticated corporate needs and transactions.
Education
Ms. DeOnna earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University, where she studied Criminology, Philosophy, Psychology, and Italian. She later earned her law degree from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law on a full scholarship, serving as a Dean’s Scholar in Legislation and Regulation and President of the Women in Law Society.
